Merchandise Return Policy

All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions. See https://weedupdate.com/terms-conditions. The CBD Return Policy is also found on this page.

Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be canceled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.

Returns

Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.  Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: discounted or sale items, gift cards, personalized items, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, intimate apparel, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.  These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Shipping

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected]  We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.

All returned merchandise should be sent to us at 11025 Westlake Dr, Charlotte, NC 28273, United States.

For items that are manufactured by another party and resold by Us, please do not send such item back to the manufacturer.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

Refunds and Exchanges

After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

General

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange or to impose different or additional conditions.

CBD Return Policy

Order Lead Time

Typically, we will process orders within one to three (1 to 3) business days. During a busy holiday season, it may take three to five (3 to 5) business days to process the orders.

Order Fulfillment

All orders are shipped from a Third Party Fulfillment Center located in Michigan. Fulfillment time could take up to one to two (1 to 2) business days if received before 11AM CST. Order delivery times are set by the selected shipping method.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected] and must state “CANCELLED” with the referenced order number within two (2) days of the order.

Shipping Errors/Damaged Goods

Customer must notify the Company of any shipping errors or goods damaged in transit within two (2) days of receipt of shipment. Goods damaged are subject to review by the Company. Customer must comply to the review by furnishing images, documentation, and additional requests at the discretion of the Company. Qualifying orders, the company with either refund the customer or send a replacement product at no extra charge.

Returns

Returns will be reviewed on a per case basis. It is under the discretion of the Company to refund, exchange, or accept returned goods. The return date window must be within 7 days of the receipt date of the product.

International Shipping

Orders shipped internationally are contingent on customs regulations and may expect delays. The company is not held responsible for these delays and cannot provide any refunds if goods are forfeited. You are hereby notified, as the customer, of this risk and that you assume all responsibility. The Company accepts no responsibility for any loss resulting from the Customer’s failure to comply with Company’s carrier’s delivery. If the carrier has to return the shipment, then the Customer is liable for all shipping charges and will be credited for all merchandise return in SELLABLE condition.
